Last year we tried to take the boys to the Kidsfaire at the Cardinals stadium but we arrived 1 hour after gates opened w/out tickets (you could buy them at the door) and when we got to the line they said it was a 2 hour wait to get tickets and another hour to get in…we passed on the event!

This year I was prepared! J went to the stadium to buy the tix (7 for adults 5 for kids but if you bought them online @ ticketmaster they were gonna cost an extra $50 just in fees, so the 30 minute drive was worth it!) and we got there 30 minutes before gates opened so no waiting in hour long lines. It became super crowded very quickly but the boys had a blast!!

HIGHLIGHTS:

Meeting SpongeBob SquarePants
Jumping 30 feet in the air
Watching the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles preform live!

Try To Ignore The Gorilla In The Room

This one time, Danielle decided to rent a gorilla suit to surprise Kenny Jr. on his birthday. Sadly, I couldn’t find any pictures of the moment she showed up at the YMCA to bring him his cake. I do however have pictures from some of the fun we had at home. (Note: at the time we had three cats and Dan living with us.)
