We are not so patiently awaiting the arrival of baby X.  Yes this is what we will call him until he is born and hopefully by then we will have a name to put on the birth certificate! I’m huge, crabby, tired and I don’t want to be pregnant any more!  Send me to a high school health class and I’ll teach the most effective safe sex class ever! 

The whole family is just getting over being sick…poor J…a sick pregnant wife and a sick 20 month old son, he handled it like a pro.  So did Zane…J and I wonder why we are so lucky to have such an excellent child.  Zane doesn’t have a clue what he is in for, he doesn’t realize what’s in mommy’s tummy…he just thinks it’s a cool place to hide! 

Zane went to his first playgroup on the 10th, this was probably the source of our illnesses…darn kids and their germs.  He had a blast, he is definitely NOT shy.  Before I could get my coat off he was already running through the room greeting all the mothers and their children with his cute little “HI”.  I have to admit he did seem to scare a few of the kids because he would get right in their face and keep saying hi until they acknowledged him.  He is also seeing two women from Westfield Infant Toddler Services once a week to help him get talking…he is making huge strides!  His favorite words/sayings:  

“uh-oh”  

“oh no”  

“I don’t know”  

And he is really using “NO” a lot now! 

Well we cannot wait to meet our new little Carbonneau and next months NEWS will be all about him!
