I have two months left to this pregnancy and I’m already as big as I was at the end of my pregnancy with Zane.  All my shirts are suddenly showing off my belly…and trust me it’s not a belly worth showing off!!  I know everyone wants to know….”What’s his name going to be?”  Well the answer is:  we have no idea!!  

 

Zane had his very first sleep over at grandma and grandpa Beans, I think he handled it better than mommy and daddy did.  J and I did however enjoy an adult dinner, without food flying or child screaming!  We tried our hardest to talk about a few subjects that didn’t involve Zane or the new baby!  

 

Zane met with a group from the Westfield Infant Toddler Services regarding his speech.  I think we are going to have them over more often…they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Zane:  “He’s so smart”, “He socializes at a 3 year old level”,  “He’s so personable, funny, cute….”  They all fell in love with him…but who doesn’t?!?  They did have to agree that he is approx. 4 months behind in his speech.  They said it was very common for early walkers to have delayed speech.  Zane gets frustrated when he can’t get his point across and they said that it’s because he is ahead in most of his social milestones!  The short of the story is he will be having some speech therapy and will go to a playgroup to help him start talking!   

 

Zane will be a big brother in 2 months!  YEAH!!
